Excellent Location, Spacious Room

The room included a convenient mini kitchen. Check-in was quick and easy, they even let me in before check in time, since the room was ready.
There was no towel rail in the bathroom. Moisture builds up quickly without a fan, so towels stay damp. I also noticed a lack of a full-length mirror.

The location was quite convenient near the train station.
The air conditioning was a serious problem. Despite reporting it to the front desk, it never worked properly, causing the room to be uncomfortably hot, especially at night. The fridge also failed, and the shower temperature fluctuated constantly between hot and cold.

The location was convenient near public transport.
I had to wait over two hours to check in , despite arriving at the stated check-in time. The oven in our room was dirty , with crumbs left from previous guests. Spoons and other utensils were also unclean , and I saw some debris on the floor.

the staff was helpful, and the location was super convenient, right near the train station. i found some AMAZING restos nearby, a huge plus. the place felt really secure, and my room was quite spacious, which i really appreciated.
The water temperature in the shower fluctuated a bit. It switched between hot and cold sometimes.

the location is very central. it was an easy walk to tourist areas. car parking was subsidised by the hotel via a discount voucher, and it was located directly below the hotel. the reception area was nice with plenty of seating. there is also a bar and restaurant.
the hair dryer in the beautiful room was broken and i asked to change it. the bed is quite uncomfortable. the room is not very clean, so this aspect needs some attention.
